Thania Trieu is a Leadership Coach, Empowerment Speaker, and the visionary Founder & CEO of the True Learning Program, where she guides individuals to reconnect with their inner truth, embrace authenticity, and lead with confidence, courage, and clarity.

With over two decades of experience spanning the corporate world and beauty industry, Thania is passionate about bridging the gap between inner transformation and outer expression—empowering others to align who they are on the inside with how they show up in the world.

 

Her life was forever changed by near-death experiences and divine awakenings that called her to rise into her soul’s purpose. Through her signature TRIEU Framework, she now helps others transform fear into fuel, ignite their essence, and lead lives rooted in meaning and presence.

Thania is an ever-evolving mentor and leader, tapping into mindset wisdom, soulful guidance, and heart-centered empowerment—always grounded in real-life experience and transformation.

 

She is also the Co-Founder of Let Her Shine!, a nonprofit global women’s initiative committed to helping women rise with purpose and own their voice. Rooted in the belief that every woman—regardless of her background or beginnings—deserves the opportunity to shine, rise, and thrive, the movement envisions a future where leadership, service, and innovation create ripple effects that inspire generations.

 

Thania’s greatest inspiration comes from her three sons—Tyler, Lucas, and Paxton—who remind her every day that leading by example is the most powerful gift of all.
